Step 01
Share your vision
Tell us about the occasion, the person, the feeling or the concept. Browse our collections or upload reference images — anything that helps us understand the piece you imagine.
Step 02
Design consultation
An artisan reaches out within 48 hours to discuss the vision, suggest metals and gemstones, and develop initial concepts and CAD renders for your approval.
Step 03
Crafting begins
Once the design is approved and a deposit is placed, our artisans begin handcrafting. Most commissions take three to six weeks depending on complexity.
Step 04
Delivered to you
The finished piece arrives in signature packaging with a certificate of authenticity, hallmarking details and lifetime care instructions.
